CLUB HISTORYRecently, Frank Peele provided digital copies of all the club’s newsletters he’d accumulated over the years. They go all the way back to 1999! Woody placed them in the newsletter’s website link for your perusal and enjoyment. That’s the good news. The bad news? We’re missing some issues. If any of you happen to have either digital or printed copies of the missing ones, we’d like to borrow them to complete our catalog. The missing newsletters are: 2004: January, February, March, April 2003: May, June, July, September, October, November, December 2002: May, June, July, August, September 2001: February, April 2000: January, February, March, April 1999: January, February, March, May, June, July, August, SeptemberIf you have any of these, please contact the Photogram Editor our President or our Webmaster
As the new historian chair, members can help me keep track of the evolving history of the oldest camera club in the U.S. by emailingme copies or links to any articles and publicity you may see about RCC. You are my eyes and ears out in the community! Also, when you are at field trips, workshops or other Club activities, please "shoot" me any photos of Club members doing what they love to do best - photographing! As I grow into this position, I will be thinking of new ways to preserve the Club's photographic history. Any ideas from members are always welcome!
