Mike ReidTaking photographs has been a big part of my life, having bought my first "110" camera in elementary school, including taking photographs for the school's yearbooks. I then moved up to a Minolta 35mm SLR in high school. while attending Palomar College (San Marcos, CA), i learned black and white processing and printing. Most of my work has been done to document my travels for work, including trips to Korea, Italy, France, Crete, Turkey, Australia, and numerous places in the US. i enjoy aviation, landscape, and glamour/pin-up, including some of my most recent work in large panoramic with a pre-production Gigapan mount ,in conjunction with a Canon 590, and a Canon Rebel DSLR for just about everything else.I have served with the Air Force Reserve and California Air National Guard for over twenty-four years, currently performing as a Aircrew Flight Equipment technician, providing training for and inspection of emergency/survival equipment. Aircraft i have worked with include F-4E, RF-4C, KC-135E and R models, and the C-17.
